This is part of a series of Traffic Light caches. The cache is
attached to or very near some part of the traffic control system at
this location. Your mission is to find it. No additional hints
besides the title are offered.
As with most intersections, parking will be limited at best. Expect
to park away from the GZ and walk in. The GZ is very flat and is
technically a 1, but I am upping it given the challenges required
to access the site. Also, you do not need to venture south of the
fence to make this find. **Please leave your kids in the car.**
