A retired Commissioner of a nearby TX state agency (Department of Assistive & Rehabilitative Services) was known to refer to employees as Dartians. Therefore, the names of caches in this series come from titles having 'Martians' in their name.
This is the 3rd of the Martian/Dartian series, placed with apologies to John & Joan Cusack.
This one is a little closer to "the facilities" than "Dartians Go Home!" and "Dartian Chronicles" which shouldn't be a problem but if you see a white pick up with a revolving light on the roof it's a patrolling security guard and it's probably best to be on your way. While placing cache, that very thing happened but I just waved and smiled and there was no problem.
