South end of the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail. It is a city park and therefore open sunrise to sunset.
Dismal Swamp Canal Trail is a linear multi-use trail. This section is about 2 miles long and runs from just south of the boat ramp to the end of the trail.
Please remember, this is on the edge of the Dismal Swamp. There are frequent bear siting in the area. Please use good judgment and honor the posted hours when visiting the trail.
