Geocache Description:

FTF Challenge Cache #12

This is one of my favorite short mtn bike trails. It is one of the best Rainbow routes trails I have ridden, with it's stairs, bridges and senic views.
Little Cohen and I even had the chance to chase a few partridge while placing this cache (with a camera).

The Idea

The FTF Challenge caches have been placed to satisfy the craving and obsession among Geocachers. The race for First To Find status has caused frustration and amusement. Geocachers are hooked to their internet lifeline awaiting the next flash bulletin announcing the newest hide in their area. There upon, all else is immediately dropped and the mad dash is on.

The Challenge

Twenty individual FTF Challenge caches, numbered 1 to 20 have been hidden throughout the Greater Sudbury Area. They are to be treated as individual caches, not as a multicache. Those not interested in the challenge may choose to find any of these caches at their own pace. The FTF Challenge starts with a kickoff event (GC2QDFK) April 30th 2011. You will have 15 weeks to find the caches, and prizes will be awarded at the closing event (GC2QDGG) August 13th 2011. The last day to qualify for the challenge is August 5th 2011.

In order to be eligible for the FTF prizes, you must sign the first page of the logbook numbered 1-10 for the first 10 finders. Please also sign the next available page for your regular log. The first page will be removed from the book after 10 finds. Read the descriptions and difficulty ratings carefully. Not all caches are kid-friendly. Frustration is likely, hints are few.
