Geocache Description:

The cache is a winter-friendly, camouflaged film canister hidden in the Musquash Conservation Area. There is a bushwhack to the cache from the main trail. Part of the challenge of finding this cache will be figuring out how to navigate around the beaver ponds. Enjoy the scenic views of the beaver ponds on the way to the cache and from ground zero.

The Musquash Conservation Area was established in 1979 to meet the goals of preserving wildlife habitat. The area consists of a forest of 900+ acres in western Londonderry. The area is made up of forested, rolling hills dotten with wetland areas that provide natural habitat for moose, deer, beaver, and painted and Blanding's turtles to name a few species.
