Hi everybody, having spent some years in Katherine in the mid 90's, I am back for a brief visit for work. Clearly my previous life in Katherine was before the days of Geocaching in Aus. Now it is in full swing and there are a number of active cachers in the area, I would love to meet you all and thought the best way to do that would be to set up an event.
Staying close to the RSL, I figured it would be an ideal spot to get together and have a drink, perhaps a bite to eat, and share some caching stories with a little banter thrown in for good measure.
I know this is school night but, it doesn't have to be a long night. I will have flown in from Brisbane and driven down from Darwin that day so I won't be pushing on for too long. But a couple of hours in the company of local cachers would be great.
If you are keen, let's call it 7pm at the RSL. I will wear a distinct red shirt with a TB on the back so you can't miss me.
For those of you who do coins and TBs, I will bring a swag along for discovery.
