As this is a working Alm they fence the cows in using barbed wire. From pt1 to pt2, you have to walk down the winter ski slope, which sometimes is fenced off for the cows. In winter with skis no problem. You may still walk there, alone the edge of the field. Pt2 to 3 is also downhill, and then it goes up hill again to pt4 and the final. You don't need to walk uphill with your skis.
