You don't need to go on private property to retrieve this and it isn't a skirt lifter. You are looking for a pill bottle with a log.BYOP You don't need to tear anything apart or look thru shrubs. .

This Is a way into the city. It is in a common place but it can be tricky. It is BLUE. So you know for a fact Everyone loves Blue.
