Commissar Viktor Hark
Another one of my Warhammer caches on gaunts ghosts. Viktor hark is one of the commissars in the gaunts ghosts a hard line commissar who joins the ghosts in the book honor guard normally armed with a plasma pistol he has been at the front of some of the actions in the book.
How ever a little history about the location this is the new loctaion for the town hall building which is called the town hall extension. While you grab the cache have a look at the metal work that is near the loctaion.
