I found this location while out on my Poor Weather obligation. I
would have preferred taking my time here and doing an "in plain
sight" hide, but cache locations in NWI are becoming very scarce.
For now, I leave this in honor of Lady Bird Johnson, who wanted
America's highways clear of all billboards.
