Cache "Župnijska cerkev Marijinega oznanjenja" je eden izmed keškov v seriji “Cerkve v obcini Tržic” (oznaceni z CT). Na prvi strani knjižice je zapisana crka in številka. Zapišite si ju, saj ju boste morda še kdaj potrebovali.
Cache "Parish church of the Annunciation" is one of the caches in series of “churches in Tržic” (marked as CT). On the first page of the logbook is a letter and number. Write them down somewhere, as you might need them some day.
Enoladijsko neoklasicisticno cerkev so zgradili med 1808 in 1815, na mestu starejše iz 16. stoletja. Glavni oltar (l. 1835) je delo furlanskega mojstra Petra Fantonia. Prizor Marijinega oznanjenja v glavnem oltarju je naslikal Leopold Layer, prav tako pa tudi prizore v kupoli prezbiterija, ki prikazujejo Izrocitev tabel postave Izraelcem. Biser cerkve je barocni posrebreni Marijin kip škapulirske bratovšcine iz 18. stoletja. Na stranskih oltarjih sta sliki sv. Jurija (Matija Bradaška, l. 1901) in sv. Florjana (Matevž Langus, l. 1849). V kapeli Karmelske Matere Božje je Marijin oltar ustvaril Gašper Götzel leta 1857. V moški kapeli sta freski (Janez Mežan in Nikolaj Pirnat, l. 1931) z ikonografskim motivom Marija vedne pomoci in petih zavetnikov. Cerkev ima izredno lep krstni kamen z neogotskim nastavkom Janeza Vurnika iz leta 1862.
The single-nave neoclassical church was built between 1808 and 1815, on the place of earlier built church in the 16th century. The main altar (y. 1835) is the work of Friulian master Peter Fantonia . The scene of the Annunciation in the main altar were painted by Leopold Layer, as well as scenes in the dome of the presbytery, which show the extradition of tables of the law Israelis.
