Geocache Description:

It's not difficult to reach this cache by 2WD. That's great if you like the secluded spots because not too many find this dam. The water is quite good but it has a lot of tannin giving it a yellowy brown tinge. That's if there is any water in it, of course.

The water level on 23rd April 2011

The campsite is along the road from the dam wall where the cache is located. If you intend to camp here please abide by the fire restrictions that may apply at the time. The roads to the cache and the campsite are easily negotiated by car in any weather. These are popular rally roads so if you end up here during one of these events you may be turned away at a road-closure.
