Cache in plain view (in a parking lot)
I recently went camping and caching in the Osceola National Forest,near Lake City,I met a strange cacher(close friend of HorseshoeChamp).He claimed to be from another planet,and goes by the name "Titanium Man"..He can teleport objects and he revealed how to do this to me. I have placed this cache in the same manner he did at his cache GC2JZVZ.!!!!It is not inside the electrical box!!!!No climbing is required or expected...See if you can come up with an analog method to retrieve it,do better on replacement if you can....IF you can not return it to it's assigned altitude...LEAVE IT ALONE until you have the means to replace as found!
