The cache is a medium to small official geocache container filled with family friendly items. Also if you are looking for free internet connection, this is the place. It would be a great time to look up other caches in the area, or log your recent visits.
This structure was here before this place was even a park. The first park superintendent lived in this house. Many campers remember him at check-in giving them one light bulb to hang in their one light socket at each of the campsites. His son was also born in the house and became the next park superintendent. Daisy State Park was developed and operated by the Jones family from 1952-2003! I am sure many years of memories were created at this site for both the campers and family.
