Geocache Description:

The cache is not at posted coordinates.

The coordinates for the cache are available, however, in this 161 page book.

February 2017 update: The cache has been relocated about 188 feet south-east of the coordinates in the puzzle. Hopefully this spot will be a little more resilient to all the tree-pruning that has been going on in the area.
The cache container is also now a nano, so that should help guide where the likely spot for the final is.
