The road you are looking for is at the Plymouth/Kingston town line between the sand pit and Independence Mall. There is no road sign just a sign pointing you to Camp Nekon. Beware the big trucks! At top of hill bear right. Park on dirt road near pipe gate. Walk from here even if gate is open.
Cache is a short way up the road. Continue to the end and you can check out the fire tower. If it is manned maybe you will be invited up for a look see.
