A nano in a high traffic area, stealth is a must.
While visiting the visitors center across the steet we realized Lawrenceville did not have enough caches. This one is across the street from the old Mayor Oakes home, circa 1893, recently renovated and serving as the Lawrenceville Visitors Center. The home was purchased in 1910 by Jule Oakes who served as the Mayor of Lawrenceville in the 40's and 50's. It has been beautifully renovated inside and out. It is well worth a visit. Information can be gathered on Lawrenceville, Gwinnett and North Georgia activities and events or just sit on the porch and watch Gwinnett go by.
