Geocache Description:

A small series of caches on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal (L&LC) between Hirst Woods and Apperley Bridge.

The original Milman Swing Bridge was built in about 1810. The bridge was of timber and cast iron. However this was replaced by the modern steel construction in 1989. Please don't put stickers on the log or leave objects - however small in the cache.

Bring a Pen - There are few rules in the game. But one rule is that you need to sign the logbook. Always pack a pen to make sure you're ready to sign your Geocaching username, the date, and leave a note.

As of 10th February 2018 the cache has been changed to a more traditional one owing to the control box being changed to a non ferrous one. Plus the position of the cache changed but still the same coordinates.
