This cache is in memory of Mommy's Best friend Sophie O'Grady. We were on our way out of the Spew Pew Pew cache run and met a beautiful black border collie mix that looked so much like my Sophie girl. She had her disposition and everything. Now, I don't mean to make anyone cry, but this dog was my world before my children entered it. Those of you who adore your dog children know exactly what I'm talking about. We did everything and went everywhere together. I had to share the story about how she used to break into the freezer everyday and steal the freezepops and it took me forever to figure out who the culprit was. She used to leave foot prints in the kitchen sink and on my dining room table. We used to get reports from the neighbors how the dog would be laying in the middle of the dining room table when they went by the house! She was fresh as the day is long but the world was perfect when she was with her mommy. We miss her each and everyday and there will never ever be a replacement for our girl Sophie AKA DOGDOG.
Funny, recently this cache went missing and since been replaced. Once again, just like my dogdog went missing for 22 hours one day,just when I thought she was gone for good, i found her in the middle of the road laying down, half way between two places I worked, she had escaped her dogsitters and went looking for me and got so tired and couldn't go anymore. We were reunited and it was so awesome.
