Parking is located on Horne Street nearby. Free parking all the way up the street.

Discovery - By Spootamunga

Located in Burnaby, this cache is hidden in a nice little area near where I used to live. There's a quiet stream, and its a nice place to stroll in the evening and have the train roll by rumbling through the trees.

This geocache will be my first hide, and first send-off of a trackable item. The discovery of geocaching has found me more active, and loving every minute of it! Going from park to park, discovering new geocaches; this truly is a hobby where discovery is the best part!

So I've themed this cache after the the Space Shuttle Discovery, who upon retirement of all that exploration had spent a full 365 days in space! For the first few finders, there is 6 different authentic NASA bronze coins, celebrating different missions of the Space Shuttle Discovery in 1984-1985.
