Geocache Description:

This is the fourth of a series of caches designed to take a light hearted look at some of the problems we have encountered when caching, for which these are our revenge.

You will need a pen or pencil and probably tweezers- these caches are small.

There is a clue in each cache which will lead you to a final near Brindle. Don’t forget to write them down!!

This one is for the people who enjoy hiding things in prickly, spikey and stingy places. You would not believe how many scratches and stings we have had- well you probably would. Expect to be prickled.

We have included a suggested kit list which we often feel we should have brought with us on our caching adventures. You might like to take these with you when looking for this series.

Kit list:
Tweezers for extracting logs.
Walking stick for fending off wild animals and poking into dark holes.
Crampons for climbing mud slides.
Climbing rope for rescuing team members from cliff faces.
Grappling hooks for scaling walls.
Goggles for avoiding being poked in the eye by spikey bushes.
Self inflating boat and oars for when you end up at the wrong side of the canal.
Flares for when you are hopelessly lost.
Map to avoid getting lost.
Insect repellent.
Protective gloves for extracting logs from prickly places.
Anti malaria tablets for swampy areas.
Tin helmet in case of low flying golf balls.
Have fun!!
