Cache is a medium sized lock n lock container with logbook and swag. There is a pen, but bring your own to be on the safe side. The cache is hidden in a non-restricted area where many fisherman park after their boats are launched. The area was pretty quiet when I placed the cache on a weekend, but could be much busier during the in-season. Stealth may be required.
You don't have to leave the pavement to access the cache. Please recover the cache very well once you are finished. An exposed container in this location will be easily muggled. Thanks & enjoy!
