The cache is located in the Johnson reserve which is linked to Waipuna Park and will not be too difficult to find.
The cache is a 1 litre sistema plastic container camouflaged with tape. It contains some treasures for the younger members of the family and has plenty of room for travel bugs & geocoins.
Be aware that there are runners, cyclists and walkers about, plus people exercising their dogs. Please re-hide carefully. Be Eco-friendly - there are new plantings of small native trees in the vicinity to watch out for.
There are a few more caches located within the park so allow time to do those as well.
The closest parking is in Meander Drive or if you like longer walks and having a look for the other caches there is a better car park at the main Waipuna Park entrance on Kaitemako Road.
