Geocache Description:

A container within a container, has a log book, pencil and pencil sharpener along with small items for trade. Should be a good winter accessable cache, with only a short walk and very little brush to get through.

The Chinese consider the Phoenix a symbol of high virtue and grace, of power and prosperity. Thought to be a gentle creature, alighting so gently it crushed nothing and eating only dewdrops. Other cultures consider it a symbol of rebirth. Ravens and crows have often been linked with the phoenix because of their distain of humans and also of their great intelligence. Hopefully, this cache will delight those that come, will encourage great virtue and assure certain prosperity to all. This cache is also named in honor of our grandniece, Pheonix, who is thrilled with the idea of "treasure hunting". May she grow to be a great cacher!
