The second in my now expanding "Abbott and Costello" series.
When I created my first cache "Who's on First" (GC26CQC) I didn't intend for it to have anything to do with Abbott and Costello but then I thought, "Why Not". It sounded like a neat concept so the next logical cache would be a "What's on Second" cache. This cache (located on 2nd Ave.) borders the back edge of the Region 10 headquarters of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency). Although you won't see the 16,800 square foot underground bunker built back in the cold-war era of the 1960's, you will see the antenna farm capable of broadcasting many "Watts" of power. Showed up 35 minutes after cache was published only to find that the FTF crowd (TheScottFamilyFive, towtrkdug, CA12: Rahvin, and MaddysDaddy) had already found it, logged it, and left it. You guys are quick.
