Whilst caching I found some glow sticks next to the road. Not sure why they were left there, but I thought I should let you all know about it.
If you know who left them, drop me a note.

This cache is NOT located on the Western Distributor. Do not attempt to search for it on top of the freeway.
The cache is near the freeway underpass that runs along the western footpath of Bulwarra Road.
After finding the cache, you should be able to see the glow sticks directly across the road to the East. It's probably best not to pick them up, as they have been left there quite a while.
PS. Low clearances, so watch your heads. Parking nearby, but oversized cars beware.
