This cache is named for its view of the Mazatzal Mountains in the distance. This is a gorgeous area.
To start: Take Airport Rd (in Payson) all the way to the end, make a right, then a left on Graff Rd. Graff turns into FS road. On the right is plenty of parking.
The cache is a small plastic container big enough for small items only.
