This cache is placed in good reason as all caches are. However, there is a specific reason this is called Heart's War. Can you figure it out? A Hint to your answer above: 1. Heart Lake has seen some better days. Believe it or not this lake used to be thriving with fish and was 100 times bigger than what you see today. 2. I attended CMU for Environmental Science 3. Think Lake Classification Systems **Extra credit** for those who can answer this question and find the cache!

You are looking for a peanut butter container with a red lid. ~~This cache is hidden with permission in the Bald Mountain Recreation Area. This cache is hidden near the Heart Lake access. Access to Parking is nearby.Hiking and biking trails are there for your disposal. There is poison ivy present so be careful.~~ ~~A Michigan Recreation Passport is required.~~ 2.5 stars if you can answer the question, otherwise it's a star.
