Geocache Description:


The cache is hidden near the United Nations Square which got its name in 1995 on the 50th anniversary of the United Nations. On 22 October 2010 a stone with a commemorative table was laid to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the abovementioned event. A monument is planned to be installed here in the future.
Historical note: Belarus was among the states-founders which ratified the Charter of the United Nations on 24 October 1945 (which is now celebrated as the UN Day).
