Geocache Description:

Almost a p&g. BYOP. Not much more than a container with a log inside. Please leave it as you find it (unless it was left on the ground in plain view).

During my first days learning about geocaching, there was another cache near this spot. I found the location and logged it online. The CO emailed me saying I should sign the log. I went back to the site which paid tribute to a fellow that had been an avid fisherman. Stood there remembering fishing with my dad years ago. Went home and logged that visit. AGAIN, the CO emailed me .. gently suggesting I should look UNDER the statue for the log-book, SIGN it, THEN go online to get my smiley. This gets complicated, but it IS fun. Thanks for the lessons LS.
