This cache is part of The Bremerton Gateway Series, Part 2.
Due to the military presence, the shipyard located here is a major employer for Bremerton. This cache is For those who are waiting to get in the shipyard, and is overlooking the fair gate to employment for current and future workers.
In regards to the location, we noticed the previous cache has been disabled and we felt there should still be one here, which partly gave us the idea to do this series. When you find the cache, or think 'is that it', please observe how it is placed and be sure to put everything back the same as you found it. Hopefully the coords will help you make the find quickly. Either way, please do not linger in one spot so the cache will not disappear.
PLEASE use parking coords for a legal and safe place to begin your journey. You will find your way to a sidewalk that will take you across 2 streets(in this case) and maybe even find the other cache that is nearby. This one is wheelchair accessible if you can take it in the grass and want to get up close and personal with tree limbs.
When this route is complete, it will make a nice summer or warm spring day activity for those who have not enjoyed the new facelift that the city has provided for us. It will be like a walk in the park. Bear with us as we post the rest of the caches along the route.
The caches are all on the public right of way of a green-belt, either close to or reachable from the sidewalk. Also, Most of the caches are going to be 'micros' so its hard to put a prize in each one. So,We decided to make this a mini challenge, and give a prize for who has the most FTF, STF of all the caches in the series. This means that we are only going to release a few at a time, so everyone has a chance. However, some may have a TB or COIN in them. There will be a FINAL for those who have completed the entire series.
