I have been spending too much time here lately. When I need a break, I walk to the top of the parking structure and look at the view of the surrounding area.
This area is open to the public but stealth is still required due to security patrols. You can get 30 minutes free parking without paying for parking. But make sure you don't stay longer than 30 minutes or you have to pay.
