Calling all cachers who care about our environment. This was disabled for a while because it went missing. I just replaced it and moved it a little. I was very saddened by what I saw. Someone has unfortunately decided to use the area as their personal dump recently. There are about 7 mattresses/boxsprings and tons of trash in the area. Let's show how great geocachers are and clean the place up. Please take a bag with you and pick up some of the trash. If you have a truck then please take a mattress or two with you. The trash company allows for a free large item pick up at your house if you call them and schedule the pick up. They will take away any size mattress and boxspring for free.
If you go, please post how much trash you took and how much is left. As soon as we get it all cleaned up then I can update this listing. Posting a picture of the trash you picked up would be great too. It would really help show just how great geocachers are.
