This cache is part of a series of presidential caches.
These caches will come in a variety of sizes, difficulties and terrains. They will be placed all across the area. Hopefully everyone will enjoy finding them.
Woodrow Wilson was U.S. president number 28. He was born on December 28, 1856 in Virginia. He died on February 3, 1924. He became president on March 4, 1913. He was U.S. president until March 4, 1921. He was affiliated with the Democratic party. Wilson was the first president to hold a PhD degree. Wilson had several major accomplishments while in office. He was the second president to win the Nobel Peace prize. The 17th, 18th and 19th constitutional ammendments were established during his tenure. He created the Federal Trade and Reserve Commission. He spent much of his first term working to keep the U.S. out of WWI, but realized soon into his second term that it was impossible to remain neutral. On April 2, 1917 Woodrow Wilson delivered his "War Message" to congress and stated his declaration of war. He coined the phrase "war to end war" to refer to WW1.
There have been severaly relatively tough caches in this series recently, so this one will be the first of a few easy ones. It is a classic hide in a cemetery. As always, no night caching and there is no need to go near any of the stones. Go get it.
