This is on a new road that was constructed because of land slides
While building the 4 mile extension of the Rt. 219.
It helped to raise the cost $43 million over the original estimate of $86 million!!!
The cost of expanding Rt. 219 only a 4 mile extension was enormous: $30 million a mile
or $500 per inch!!!
The section was finally completed November 19, 2010.
You get a nice view of this extension from cache location.
It cannot be reached from Rt. 219
BYOP! only has room for log.
There is room to pull off road to park. There is traffic on this road from fishermen who frequent a good fishing spot down the road a little ways!
This isn't your simple P&G! U Have to look hard for it.
