Cache is in a very obvious place.
It seems that skirt lifters get a pretty bad rap for the most part. Yet I find that they have a ton of finds, in comparison to other nearby caches. Usually it's pretty obvious if the cache is a skirt lifter, but now you know for sure.
Now I think the occasional skirt lifter is O.K, but let's not go crazy here. What else could you hide a cache here instead anyway?
