Moose Jaw River Rising... Major flooding of the park areas including Connor's Park and old Wild Animal Park areas. Wanted to get this cache up and running before the flooding subsides...
From this location towards the North-East is the dam that is now completely surrounded by the river flowing around the dam. Only thing visible right now are the hand rails on the dam walls. South-East of here is major flooding of the Connor's Park walking trails.
Included are several waypoints you can travel to to get a better view of the extent of the flood zone. Some pictures have been provided for viewing and will look to add more soon.
Other locations to view are from 7th Avenue South-West top of the hill. Or drive through the Wakamow park area (East on River Park Drive (east of the KFC; 55 River Park Drive).
