Geocache Description:

Here is a cache that gives travellers a chance to stretch their legs with a relatively easy climb.

Some light bushwhacking for the first 100 to 150 feet, after that its all uphill, slightly rocky and grassy but otherwise open terrain. That is of course if you choose your path correctly, otherwise it could possibly be a lot more difficult.

Parking is available at N 46 20.263 W083 57.302 roughly 300 feet west of the cache. There is a historical/information plaque at the parking area educating us on Ripple Rock, but the area has long since overgrown, blocking the rock from your sightline and making the sign placement obsolete. However, your hike should reveal such formations.

Cache container is roughly the size of a water bottle, covered in cammo tape.
I must give credit to Lajwa as this hide is a copy of one of his.

My daughters first geo tag is in this cache as a starting item. She is very excited to see where it ends up.
Other contents include Honduran currency, Diego lanyard, a keychain, log book, pencil etc. etc.

There is a LOT of trash dumped off the bank of the parking area for this cache. CITO if possible.

WHILE IN THE AREA, BE SURE TO CHECK OUT ANOTHER OF MY GEOCACHES TITLED "DEBBIE'S GATORS" GC2EEJG JUST A COUPLE KM TO THE EAST.

also, one of my favourites, though not my own is "bridging the past" GC1Z7VV a short drive to the west.

ENJOY!
