The Black Knight CCARS11 Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

kristaandgeoff: I walked to work yesterday morning and saw it was there and it was gone by the afternoon. This cache has had it's run and I wasn't really happy with the hiding place. I will hopefully have more caches out in the area, but they will likely not be regular sized.

Thanks to everyone who visited.

Geocache Description:

This is a permanent cache, it was been placed for the CCARS11 event, held April 30-May 1, 2011 and remains in place.

This cache celebrates one of my favourite Monty Python characters: The Black Knight - the eternal optimist.

Tis only a flesh wound! Defeat the Black Knight to validate your coordinates.

Black Knight: I'm invincible!
Arthur: You're a looney.
Black Knight: The Black Knight always triumphs! Have at you! Come on, then.

[King Arthur chops The Black Knight's last leg off]
Black Knight: Oh? All right, we'll call it a draw. It's only a flesh wound!

The cache is not at the posted coordinates, to find them, you must answer these questions on British royalty:

1. What year did King Henry VIII die? 1CAE
2. How many wives did King Henry VIII have? D
3. The number of letters in the first name of the monarch who was succeeded by Edward VII = B
4. How many children did Queen Victoria have = Z? F = Z-1

Cache is located at coordinates: N51 00.ABC W 114 03.DEF

The container is an ammo can that we won at the CCARS10 event that was donated by the GeoWyrms!

This area can be busy at times so stealth will be required. Enjoy the hunt!
