Small cammo container just off the James River Heritage Trail (extension of Blackwater Creek Trail past Percival's Island), near CVTC and Civitan Park. Stay very close to trail, and out of posted areas off the trail. No bushwhacking required.

You can drive farther (or rougher roads, anyway) and make this a park, short walk and grab, or drive less (or better roads), and make this a long walk or bike and grab.
For a longer walk or bike ride (about 2.5+ miles), park at the Lynchburg entrance to Percival's Island.
There is also parking near the Rock Garden up the trail about 0.2 miles west of the cache, or a rougher place you can get to about 0.3 miles east of the cache. Both of these parking places require driving down dirt/gravel roads, and through the nearby CVTC and Civitan park.
