This is a park and grab. Bring an old clothing item to drop off nearby, grab a sandwich, take some donuts to the nearby fire station, or fill up your gas tank while you are in the area.
This is my first cache, so I hope it's at least entertaining. Stealth is required from all sides, but it's still really easy.
