islander1988: Given all the DNFs, and I'm not sure when I'll be here next to replace it, it's time to archive this cache. Hopefully the well is still operational through the winter to help those in the area who may be having trouble with water availability in their homes. Thank you to all the cachers who have visited this spot over the last 15 years.

Geocache Description:

A quick cache placed on a Palindrome Day in February. And my 175th approved cache hide!

According to Wikipedia, a palindrome is a word, phrase, number or other sequence of units that can be read the same way in either direction. An example is "never odd or even". Another is the last 5 characters in the GC number for this cache. :) The date for February 11, 2011 (depending on how you write it) is a palindrome: 11.02.2011. To mark the day, a geocache was hidden at an artesian well in Obolon.

The cache should not be too hard to find, but please watch out for muggles getting water from the well. However, the cache is now in a sign by a path near the well so it should allow a bit more cover.
