This cache has been archived.

brownsbend: Went out today and removed the containers for this and 2 other associated caches. All containers were still sound and dry after a decade. Thanks to everyone who took the time to find these!🙂

Geocache Description:

This bonus cache is not at the posted coordinates. In order to find it, you must first find "Moist Moccasins", "N.A.S.", and "Two in the Bush", in that order. The last of those gives directions for how to find this cache.

The canyon of Tumalo Creek is one of my favorite places to wander, and its three-season accessibility makes it one of the first and last places I visit each season. We are truly lucky to have such a beautiful place to visit so close to town.

By the time you get to this cache, you will have spent a good amount of time in the area. This series was created to be done in one hike. Some trails are easy and flat, some are rough and steep. You'll visit quiet paths through ponderosa, shaded creekside glens, and sweeping vistas. But all of the caches are quite near a trail; cross-country travel might be tempting sometimes when you look where that arrow is pointing, but in places it would be difficult and dangerous. Each cache includes a clear description to get you to the next one. Happy hiking!
