One of a series of 5 caches located in Hartsholme Park,that need to be found in order to obtain the co-ordinates to "A Birds Paradise" Please refer to "A Birds Paradise" for the full list of the other caches. Don`t forget to make a note of the letter and number from each cache.
The walk around the park taking in the 5 caches,should take you about an hour and a quarter to complete.It is fairly flat under foot but maybe muddy at times. All of the caches will require stealth,when trying to retreive and replace them,due to the sometimes high volume of Muggles.You are looking for a hanging Bison,and only contains a Log sheet.Please bring your own pen or pencil. Please replace the cache exactly as you found it. Keep your eyes peeled for muggles. These are our first caches,and have been placed here hopefully to draw attention to what is a very nice parkland area close to Lincoln City Centre. Hartsholme Country park is just off the A46 on Skellingthorpe Road, and is a nice quiet relaxing place with lots of woodland walks and trails. Some of the facilities available are: Visitor Centre Wooded and lakeside nature trails Children's activities Children's play area Picnic areas Campsite Fishing Cafe Public Toilets and Car Park Cache placed by kind permission from the Hartsholme Park Ranger.
