Geocache Description:

Fairly simple puzzle ending on the north side of a very busy path. You will be searching for a small cammoed container behind a rock near a tree. Please re-hide as found.

  1. Cache is not at posted coordinates but go there first.
  2. You should be near a very large tree.
  3. A couple of metres up on this object is a creature of indescribable horror.
  4. This creature is well known and has a name. What is its six letter name?

  6. Convert this name to a Numeric value (use A=1, B=2, etc.).
  7. _ _ _ _ _ _
  8. The first three numbers are ABC and the second set of three are XYZ.
  9. Subtract 685 from ABC to obtain DEF.
