Okay, okay, relax!
I did not see my friend Fred here (or any of his close friends) near this cache. I named it Snake Rock because, well maybe you will figure that out. But please be careful here anyway, there are plenty of dangers including the possibility of rattlesnakes. Please check the terrain level and attributes.
There is plenty to like about this formation: a great view, some solitude, some beauty, a nearby old mine, and if you look close enough- signs of the ancient past.
This cache is fairly simple. You can access it by a generally downhill hike from GC1JP5E, or a shorter but more adventurous hike from the wash below.
The cache gauntlet can be accessed from Road 68B from Orme Road. High clearance vehicle needed. It replaces my recently archived "How cool is this" gauntlet cache. One more time: please be careful in the area!!
Hope you enjoy it! Please share with us your thoughts of the area in your log.

Congrats once again to Burt_Gummer!
