Geocache Description:

The cache is a fairly large black magnetic PVC plastic screw top container located near a small bay just South of Ramsgate beach. This is a busy area with lots of muggles wait till lifeguards are off duty before searching for the cache or it will get muggled. Best time would be very early morning, or in the evening.

Skiboat Bay or 'Skiboat' as its known by the locals is a popular swimming spot for those who want to avoid the busy main beaches, walk their dogs or watch the skiboats launch. It is a protected beach with lifeguards on duty on weekends and during holiday periods. One can drive to the Skiboat Bay parking area and then search for the cache or walk to the bay from Ramsgate beach which is nearby.

When swimming here do so only between the swimming beacons, obey the lifeguards and get out of the water when instructed to do so to allow skiboats to launch or beach.
