Geocache Description:

Located near a memorial park featuring a bust of Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Eisenhower was the 34th president of the US. He served as the supreme commander of the allied forces during the WWII invasion forces at the Normandy Beaches. While president he ushered in the Interstate Hiway system and led the US as the cold war was initiated. During the campaign of 1952 the slogan for the republican nominee was "I Like Ike". A small denomination of US currency awaits the FTF.

Congratulations to Texas-Razorbacks and Texas-Polarbear for joint FTF. Methinks there is a close relationship here?
