THIS IS A LETTERBOX HYBRID CACHE
THIS CACHE CONTAINS A UNIQUE STAMP AND INK PAD.
PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTIONS BELOW !
The concept behind the letterbox cache is to:
- leave an impression of your own unique stamp in the cache log book
-and take an impression of the unique cache stamp in your personal log book.
However.... i realize not everyone has their own personal stamp or log book.
For this reason i have stocked this cache with some art materials....pens, watercolour pencils, misc.stuff.
(OPTIONAL OF COURSE) but please leave something creative in the log. A favorite doodle, landscape scene, self portrait. The log is large enough....take as much room as you need.
I hear lots of people say, "I'm just not creative!" .....I'm not buyin it.
Take the time to sit for a moment on the grassy knoll....check out the view of the mountains (and mills) and let the creative juices flow!
TO FIND :
THIS IS A LETTERBOX HYBRID CACHE (FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW)
1. Park in the 2900 block of Range Rd. You will find yourself at the bottom of what locals know as Ospika Hill. This is your starting point.
2. As you look up the hill and towards the center of Ospika Boulevard you will see a concrete divider and lampposts. As you walk up the sidewalk....Count 9 lamposts. (one of them has been knocked down...but count it)
3. At the ninth look to your right...up the grassy knoll ('grashugel') and you should see a red willow bush....walk to it
2. Stand at the tree, looking uphill and parallel to the boulevard.
3.Take approx. 25 "average size" steps.
4.Now face the trees on the bank you will see a group of birch trees.
5. Walk directly into the trees....across the ditch and look closely in the shadows.
