Geocache Description:

Sartfield may not be the first place people think of for a picnic, perhaps owing to the fact the carpark is next to a small sewage treatment plant. However if you follow the short path alongside to the sea, you will be treated to a lovely quiet beach from where you can either walk North to the Point of Ayre or South (ultimately) to Peel and a lovely little wreck that is visible at low tide. Plenty of sea birds and crashing waves. See the island crumbling slowly into the sea.
